This is the Finest of our Spanish Salami Portfolio however we add our own Delicious twist. Although not known in Spain for having Pimenton in the original style, we mark it with the deliciousness of Spanish Paprika and Spanish Sherry and then we cold smoke this salami on Pecan wood! It is reminiscent of Smoked Chorizo. It pairs deliciously with the finest Sheep's milk Cheeses and pairs beautifully with deep Red Argentinian wines as well as delicate Sherry cocktails. This Package is MAP Packaged and allows for up to 5 Months Freshness.
