What is more southern than cornbread? It’s always a fan favorite and pairs perfectly with just about anything. As always, our mix is made using whole grains so it’s more than just delicious… it’s better for you.

Directions: Preheat oven to 425. Melt 6 Tbsp butter in an 8x8 pan. Empty contents of cornbread mix into a bowl. Add the melted butter from the pan to a bowl. (Some of the butter will stay on the pan which is fine. That greases the pan.) Add 1 cup of buttermilk (or milk) to the bowl. Stir well. Add 2 eggs and 2 Tbsp honey (or sugar). Mix until well combined. Pour into buttered 8x8 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
