Charlito's version of an old time classic Chorizo Seco is slowly dry-cured in accordance with an old recipe from the mountains of Spain, using heritage breed pork, solar-evaporated sea salt, Pimentón de la Vera, and garlic. Impeccably clean in taste, Chorizo Seco is prepared with the best of the fewest ingredients needed to make Chorizo.
