Sausage Cheese Balls Baking Mix
You Will Need:
-1 pound of bulk sausage
-2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of sausage cheese balls homemade baking mix with bulk sausage. Mix well. Once the dry ingredients are completely absorbed into the sausage, mix in 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Form mixture into walnut sized balls. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet with a rim. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and sausage is cooked through. Yields approximately 30 sausage cheese balls.
