Produced from an Apple Cyser honey mead vinegar base, we use a delicate and light Northern Mexico Mesquite Honey and accent this with a savory fusion of smoky Serrano. It’s addictively sweet, hot and savory – making it an excellent marinade, dipping or finishing sauce for many foods. Our Production Manager added them to her collard greens and she said they were the best she has ever made! 

Amazing smoky flavor is sourced naturally. This product is sulfite-free, with no artificial flavors or sweeteners, no added sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup, no chemicals or preservatives and is gluten-free.

Our vinegars are not filtered or pasteurized, so some settling of the mother may occur.

This product is all natural, fat free, gluten free and contains no sulfites.
